Dennise’s family owned a dairy farm in upstate New Jersey before moving to Tennessee when Dennise was a pre-teen. She then relocated to Tampa Bay, Florida, where she met Ron, her husband of 20+ years. They owned and operated equipment rental stores (from chainsaws to dozers) and the region’s most sought-after party and event store. Dennise broke barriers as a female outside sales rep for equipment rentals. She spent considerable time on construction sites, learning about the building process and speaking with various tradespeople. As an event designer and project manager, she listened to what her clients wanted, turning the vision into reality, from the tiniest detail to the largest. After years of success with these businesses, Dennise longed to return home to the mountains.

Dennise enjoys sharing valuable knowledge and expertise with her clients. Dennise is an expert negotiator skilled at securing favorable sales terms. She understands what it takes to build a home and how to tell if it has structural integrity. Dennise listens closely to her clients to envision how to meet their real estate goals. She helps her buyers see beyond cosmetics so they do not walk away from a well-built home that meets their wants and needs. Dennise helps sellers stage their properties to maximize sales.

The proud bonus mother of four and grandmother of two, when Dennise isn’t with clients, she is adventure-seeking, off-grid camping, and exploring the mountains with her husband and their two dogs.
